1. Main Characters: Refractoriness for the high alumina bricks for coke oven is 1750-1790℃，refractoriness under load is normally above 1420~1550℃。 The brick has good erosion resistance to acid and alkali slag but the thermal shock resistance it not good.

Applications: High alumina brick for coke oven are used in the oven head of combustion zone, bottom of carbon zone. They can not be used in wall bricks of carbon zone.
