The aggregate of phosphate combined high aluminum brick and phosphate combined with wear-resistant high aluminum brick is bauxite clinker, phosphoric acid and phosphate are binders. By high-pressure forming, and heat treatment ,prodcts are Obtained. Products of thermal shock stability, wear resistance and anti-chemical erosion are fine, but poor performance of high temperature. Phosphate combined high aluminum bricks are widely used in the rotary kiln warm-up band, decomposed zone ,kiln door cover,and the lining of the cooler. Special phosphate high-aluminum brick is based on combination high aluminum brick in which by adding additives to enhance the strength of under load in high temperature. A wide range of products for small and medium-sized wet and dry kilns such as the transitional zone, firing zone, and other sites of the kilns, it can also be used for large-scale dry kiln of the seat belt, door cover, cooler and so on.
